Injection mold parts, component processing: injection mold parts refers to punch, concave die, punch fixed plate, discharge plate.

Assembly and debugging: define the responsibilities of the assembly and debugging group of the production department, and complete the assembly and debugging of injection mold with high quality according to the production schedule.

Mold test evaluation: To make a rational and correct evaluation of injection mold design and manufacturing quality whether the injection mold can meet the expected functional requirements.

The manufacturing process of plastic mold refers to the process of processing and assembly of plastic mold through certain processing technology and process management.
