1. Temperature control

In the process of injection molding, we need to pay attention to control the temperature, because the temperature required by different raw materials is not the same when injection molding. Too low temperature is easy to affect the color of liquid raw materials, and too high temperature is easy to produce products with rough edges. Under normal circumstances, plastic processing plants need to control the temperature including cylinder temperature, nozzle temperature and mold temperature.

2. Pressure control

Plastic processing plant in the process of injection molding to control the pressure mainly includes plasticizing pressure and injection pressure. Plasticizing pressure refers to the pressure exerted by the molten material at the top of the injection screw when the screw rotates and recedes. Injection pressure refers to the pressure exerted on the plastic by the top of the plunger or screw. Pressure control is not good, it will directly affect the plasticization of plastics and the quality of plastic products.

3. Forming cycle

That is, the time required to complete a single injection molding process, which is mainly composed of closing time, filling time, pressure holding time, cooling time, opening time, stripping time, etc. The injection time and cooling time have decisive influence on the quality of plastic products during the whole molding cycle. The cooling time is not necessary to be too long, because too long time is easy to reduce the production efficiency, but also make the parts appear difficult to release, affect the forming.
