1. Heat and preplasticize


The screw is driven by the transmission system, the material from the hopper is transported forward and compacted. Under the mixed action of shearing and friction of the outer heater, the screw and the barrel, the material is gradually melted. A certain amount of molten plastic has accumulated in the head of the barrel. When the predetermined injection amount is reached, the screw stops rotating and recedes.


2. Mold closing and locking


The mold locking mechanism pushes the template and the mold moving part installed on the moving template to close and lock with the mold moving part on the moving template to ensure that sufficient clamping force can be provided to lock the mold.


3. Move the injection device forward


When the mold closing is complete, the whole injection seat is pushed forward, so that the injector nozzle and the mold main gate completely fit.


4. Injection and pressure preservation


After the mold lock and nozzle are fully fitted to the mold, the injection hydraulic cylinder enters the high pressure oil and pushes the screw forward relative to the barrel. The melt accumulated in the head of the barrel is injected into the mold cavity with sufficient pressure, and the plastic volume shrinks due to the decrease of temperature. In order to ensure the density, dimensional accuracy and mechanical properties of the plastic parts, it is necessary to maintain a certain pressure on the melt in the mold cavity. To replenish materials.


5. Relieve pressure


When the melt at the mold gate freezes, the pressure can be relieved.


6. Step back the injection device


After pressure relief is completed, the screw can be rotated and retreated to complete the next feeding and preplasticizing process.




7. Open the mold and push out the plastic parts


After the plastic parts in the mold cavity are cooled and shaped, the locking mechanism opens the mold and pushes out the plastic parts in the mold.
