 Injection molding process refers to the process of making semi-finished parts of a certain shape by pressing, injecting, cooling, disconnecting and other operations of molten raw materials. The injection molding process of plastic parts mainly includes six stages: mold closing -- filling -- (gas-assisted, water-assisted) pressure holding -- cooling -- mold opening -- mold release.

Step 4: Cool Molded plastic products can only be cooled and solidified to a certain rigidity, and plastic products can be prevented from deformation due to external force after demoulding. Since the cooling time accounts for about 70% to 80% of the entire molding cycle, a well-designed cooling system can significantly shorten the molding time, improve injection molding productivity, and reduce costs. 5.
